Following the unfortunate demise of both founders, the business legacy was carried forward by the three sons of Late Shri Nandlal Ji Soni: (a) Late Shri Govindlal Ji Soni; (b) Late Shri Balkrishna Ji Soni and (c) Shri Goverdhandas Ji Soni In 1996, the business continued under the name M/s. Javeri Balkrishna Goverdhandas Soni (JBGS), carrying forward the principles of trust, integrity and professional excellence established by the previous generation. Over the years, JBGS expanded its presence in the jewellery and precious metals industry, developing strong industry relationships and earning goodwill through transparent business practices and customer-focused services.
About Late Shri Govindlal Ji Soni: Late Shri Govindlal Ji Soni, the eldest among the three brothers, played a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of the family business. Known for his wisdom, industry knowledge and professional expertise, he was instrumental in establishing a strong foundation for jewellery valuation and precious metal expertise. In 1989, he received the Gold Control License, becoming one of the only jewellery professionals in Central India to receive such recognition. He was also a renowned Income Tax Department Jewellery Valuer and was recognised for his expertise in jewellery valuation. During his professional journey, he had the privilege of serving distinguished institutions and families, including the Royal Family of Indore. He was associated with jewellery valuation of Late Ahilyabai Holkar’s Khasi Trust for insurance purposes and was also involved in jewellery-related matters of the Holkar family through appointment by the Hon’ble High Court. Further recognising his expertise, he was appointed as the Head Jewellery Valuer & Auditor by Indian Army Cantonment, Mhow Infantry Mess in 2001. His contribution established a legacy of precision, credibility and professional excellence.
About Late Shri Balkrishna Ji Soni: Late Shri Balkrishna Ji Soni was one of the key pillars in the growth journey of JBGS. Known for his humility, sincerity and strong values, he contributed towards strengthening the organisation through his dedication and commitment. A devoted follower of Lord Hanuman and Lord Rama, he was respected for his spiritual personality, simplicity and principled approach towards life and business. His contribution towards building relationships and preserving the values of the organisation remains an important part of the JBGS legacy.
About Shri Goverdhandas Ji Soni: Shri Goverdhandas Ji Soni, the eldest partner of JBGS, continues to represent the continuity of the family’s rich business heritage. With decades of experience in the jewellery and precious metals industry, he has played an important role in maintaining the organisation’s reputation, customer relationships and professional standards. His guidance and leadership continue to support the growth of the organisation while preserving the values established by previous generations.

Recognised as a renowned jewellery valuer, he has been appointed by respected institutions including the Income Tax Department, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Customs Department and Indian Army. With extensive knowledge of jewellery valuation and precious metals, he continues to contribute towards maintaining the professional reputation and credibility associated with the organisation.
